第一节. 概 述
该系列安全阀是隔膜阀，是一种压力容器或管路上的自动压力释放装置。当被保护系统的压力超过设定压力时，安全阀打开，排除部分多余的介质，以防系统压力继续升高；当系统压力降低到规定值时，阀门自动关闭，从而保证系统正常运行。
安全阀上有两个侧孔，没有底孔，在阀门底部有一个箭头指示流向。
操作原理
安全阀是通过弹簧的弹力来工作的。当系统压力比设定压力小时，膜片在弹簧弹力的作用下关闭管路；当系统压力比设定压力大时，膜片被顶启，管路接通，液体通过安全阀。
Section 1 General
Such safety valves series are diaphragm valves which automatically relieve pressure off the pressure vessels or pipeline. When pressure of system under protection exceeds the setting, safety valve opens up to release redundant media so as to prevent system pressure buildup. When system pressure comes down to specified value, safety valve automatically closes up so that system is ensured to work normally.
Safety valve has to holes on sideway, but not at the bottom. An arrow is made available at the bottom to indicate flow direction.
Principle of operation
Safety valve operates with force of the spring. When system pressure is lower than pressure setting, diaphragm operates with spring force to close up pipeline. When system pressure is higher than pressure setting, then such diaphragm is ejected so that pipeline is through. Now the liquid can flow through safety valve.
